Wareing Buildings and Ward Insulated Panels have worked together for almost three decades so it's no surprise that when they relocated to a new site in Preston Lancs they specified Ward roofing and cladding panels for their new premises.

The first phase of the move to Kirkham near Preston is now complete, and the second phase, the transfer of the steel fabrication workshop, will take place within the next 18 months.

A leading supplier of steel framed buildings to the industrial and agricultural sectors, Wareing Buildings manufactures purpose-built premises such as storage units, leisure and sports facilities, warehouses, agricultural buildings, stables and retail premises. It also provides bespoke joinery services.

Wareing Buildings has worked hand in hand with Ward on many projects over the years and value their expertise and quality products so when they built their new premises, due to company expansion, there was no question of who would supply material for the external envelope of the new factory. Ward supplied over 3,500 square metres of 1P1000 trapezoidal panels finished in Olive Green for both the roofs and walls.

All Ward panels are approved to LPCB fire standards and comply with the latest L2 and J building regulations.
