Ward
Insulated Panels and architects Frame International Ltd have together
hit the jackpot as they joined forces on the largest leisure investment
in Scarborough for over 30 years - the new £7m Opera House Casino..
The Casino, which has created much excitement in the town, features Ward
DW900 D secret fix flat wall panels finished in PVDF Metallic Silver,
complemented by Ward IP1000 panels finished in Corus Colorcoat HPS200
Goosewing Grey on the roof.
Specified for their quality appearance and functionality, the Ward wall
panels
create a fascinating effect at night due to strategically spaced light
baffles incorporated into the sidewall elevations.
All Ward roof and wall panels incorporate an LPCB fire rated Polyisocyanurate
(PIR) rigid insulation core with zero Ozone Depletion Potential. They
are available in a wide range of colours and finishes and are guaranteed
for up to 30 years with a life expectancy of over 40 years.
Bernard Mitchell of Rillington, North Yorks was the Cladding Contractor
on the project and Ken Ferrie Builders of Scarborough was the Main Contractor.
Architects Frame International is based in Stratford-upon-Avon.
