Pre-galvanised finish:
Available in 2mm or 3mm thickness. Manufactured from pre-galvanised steel sheet to BS EN 10142:1992 grade Fe P024 Z275.

Finished Gutter Weight (kg/m)

Alternative galvanised thickness and paint finish options are available to suit durability required. Contact Ward for availability.

Best practice - after a suitable period of weathering we recommend that all galvanised gutters are given a heavy bituminous coating.

Gutter Type IGB

Gutter Lengths

Gutters are detailed on the basis of its total length. The gutter comprises a combination of plain lengths, outlet lengths and make-up lengths detailed to suit the requirements of the layout. maximum module length is 2950mm

The direction of lay needs to be specified if:-
1 Outlet positions are not symmetric on plan along length
2 Outlet positions are not on CL of sole
3 Gutter profile is not symmetric
