Gutter

Gutter sections are manufactured from 0.7mm thick steel with a plastisol coating on both sides. The principal angles and dimensions of the gutter varies with the roof pitch. For roof slopes in between those noted on the table, the gutter section is chosen by selecting the nearest higher tabulated pitch. Gutters are available in standard lengths of 6.0 metres and in specified make-up lengths up to 6.0 metres. each gutter length is available with a butt strap

Gutter Support Arm GSA_ _

Supplied pre-punched for roof fixing screw location, manufactured from 0.7mm steel.

Gutter to Verge Trim Corner Unit GCA30

The corner units are factory assembled from plastisol coated steel and are profiled to connect with the standard gutter and verge trim VF3. The unit incorporates a sealed and rivetted stop end for the gutter. All external joints and rivets are touched in with colour matched sealing compound

Downpipe SDP95

Downpipes are available in any length up to 6.0 metres. Swan necks and shoe details are available as factory manufactured units or may be formed on site using the standard components.

Brackets SDPB95

Used for fixing to profiled or 'flat' sidewall cladding. Legs bent to shape on site.

Collar SDPC95

The collar incorporates internal fins to assist location of the joining pipes and water flow.

All downpipe joints must be bracket fixed to the side wall.

Tools

The outlet forming and template tools ensure successful marking and forming of the gutter base to accept the 95mm square downpipes.

Gully adaptors manufactured in grey PVC enable connection of the downpipe to underground drainage
